การลงสมัครเพื่อเข้าร่วมแข่งขันในรายการของระบบ DPC 2019-2020 ในช่วง Minor และ Major แรกนั้นจะหมดเขตไปแล้วเรามาดูกันว่ามีทีมใด และ ผู้เล่นคนใดบ้างที่ประกาศพักไม่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน
Team ในส่วนของทีมที่ประกาศพักในช่วงแรกของ DPC นั้นมีประกาศอยู่ 2 ทีมได้แก่ PSG.LGD และ Team Secret
